About Us

We’re born and raised in Midland, Texas, where weekends meant fishing trips with our dad. From rivers and lakes to camping and backpacking across the country, those early adventures taught us the value of time on the water, family, and the wild places that bring people together.

Life took us on different paths for a while—one of us headed off to Texas A&M, where a love for fly fishing truly took hold, while the other later picked it up after moving to Houston. No matter where we were, the river always called us back.

In 2024, we decided to turn that lifelong passion into something bigger. We founded our guide service here in Arkansas with one goal in mind: to share the joy, peace, and excitement that fly fishing has given us with others. Whether it’s your first cast or your hundredth, we’re here to make your time on the water unforgettable

MEET THE GUIDES

Ryan

Ryan started fishing as soon as he could hold a rod. At 25, he’s already spent a lifetime on the water, turning what began as a childhood hobby into a lifelong passion. Though his career path once led him into private events and the hospitality world, where he learned the importance of taking care of people and creating meaningful experiences, fishing was always the constant that kept him grounded. After spending time living in Houston, he left for the natural state.

With a deep love for wild places and a strong belief in conserving them for future generations, Ryan has dedicated himself to sharing the joy of fly fishing with others. For him, guiding isn’t just about catching fish — it’s about hospitality on the water: making people feel welcome, cared for, and making sure you learn along the way.

Christian

Christian is a collegiate long-distance runner turned guide with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries from Texas A&M. Over the years, he’s built a wealth of experience guiding across Texas, Wyoming, and Idaho, and his time working at a ranch camp in Wyoming gave him a special knack for teaching beginners and kids.

A dad of two, Christian brings patience and heart to everything he does. Beyond fishing, he is a duck and goose hunting guide during the Idaho season, an avid bird watcher and an archery hunter who pursues big game with the same focus he brings to the water. His knowledge runs deep and he's always happy to share and help anyone connect to the outdoors.

Wesley

"Curt" has been fishing for as long as anyone can remember. Growing up in Florida, he spent much of his time outdoors, where his love for the water and the natural world first began. When he later moved to Texas and became a dad, he made sure to pass that same passion on to his two boys. Together, they traveled all over the country—fishing, camping, and exploring—building memories that would shape a lifetime.

Alongside his love for the outdoors, Curt also built a career with more than 25 years of experience in the oilfield. Through it all, he’s remained steady, hardworking, and deeply committed to his family. Curt is the kind of person who takes care of the people around him, whether it’s in the field, on the water, or around the campfire.
